Live For Good or Evil

Then Jesus said, “I chose the twelve of you, but one is a devil. “He was speaking of Judas, son of Simon Iscariot, one of the twelve, who would later betray him.

John 6:70-71

God may have chosen you for a particular purpose, like Judas. It may be a necessary mission and quite out of the ordinary. It may be a power-packed life that demonstrates an extraordinary positive influence on the world in only a few short years and ends early. Some may wonder why this person was taken from this world so young. Remember, God has a plan for each of us. Some live to be 100 and have a continued positive effect on the world that far exceeds the norm. Others may live a bit more distasteful life only to end in praise to God and glory for His kingdom. Then again, a person of evil behavior may live a long life of misery and disgrace to himself only to learn that God has been patient and long suffering with His everlasting love and ultimate forgiveness. Others may end their life in disgrace and hopelessness because of a failure to believe and accept the goodness of God and a life destined for hell and damnation.
