Slow Me Down, Lord. Ease the Pounding of My Heart.

Racing through life may help us to feel accomplished. As we accomplish many things, do we fail to do a most valuable thing? When we end the day, have we witnessed the key ingredient to a truly successful life – that one thing that changes the pulse rate of our heart? That may be the pulse that starts the next day of our future wellbeing. It obviously will do more than bring a smile to our face, but it will comprehensibly affect our health and direct our plans forever. After requesting, “Slow me down, Lord. Ease the pounding of my heart” we can expect peace to flow like a river!
