He is Everything

I love you, Lord; you are my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my savior; my God is my rock, in whom I find protection. He is my shield, the power that saves me, and my place of safety.  Psalm 18:1-2

All of us yearn for and appreciate being loved and hearing those special words – “I love you.” Naturally, it is expressed in different ways. In addition to those sincere words, we further rejoice in hearing why someone loves us! It keeps them from being ‘empty words’. If humans crave that so much and so often, wouldn’t God rejoice in your positive emotional contribution? Remember that love is far more than an emotion. It is an action. Putting words into action is only the first step. In the process, we will be blessed and our spiritual life will be more abundant. Go and tell!
